You’ll feel confident about the education you receive at The Academy by learning your new trade from our respected Cocktail Server Instructor who possesses 27 years experience and an esteemed Bartender Instructor who has achieved 30 years of know-how in working and managing establishments. Working together as a team to cover all aspects of the technical material, they also provide you with valuable insight about acceptable Las Vegas and world-wide practices in the industry and even which actions to avoid.

Our three week training program begins with the basics – from learning 26 types of glasses, drink recipes and becoming familiar with brand name liquors, to properly cutting fruits for garnishes and mastering your presentation skills. The course then progresses into the areas of wine service, blended drinks, proper bar setup and inventory control.

Our curriculum also includes the instruction you need to best prepare your resume and present yourself in a professional manner while applying for positions in the beverage industry.

And it doesn’t stop there! Each successful graduate is offered both temporary and permanent Lifetime Job leads. Upon successful graduation from The Academy as a Cocktail Server or Bartender you’re ready to kick off your career with an ongoing list of potential employers including cruise ships, resorts and hotels, restaurants, sports bars, casinos, night clubs and gentlemen’s clubs, just to name a few!
